Abstract
The Education Oversight Committee publishes a yearly guide for parents for each school grade to share important information about the South Carolina academic standards. Each guide provides information about the South Carolina Academic Standards for mathematics, English language arts, science and social studies. The information can help parents become familiar with what their child is learning at school and may include activities to reinforce and support learning, selected book titles for additional reading, and website addresses for extended learning. This guide is for seventh grade English Language Arts.
