Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: continued declaration of the state of emergency in South Carolina, continued emergency measures to prepare for and respond to the ongoing public health threat posted by COVID-19, declaring public schools to remain closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year, directing any election be postponed and rescheduled, continued protection of first responders, continued exceptions of transportation waivers, and continued authorization of law enforcement to do whatever is deemed necessary to maintain peace and order.
