South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services
Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services is required to report to the Senate Finance Committee and House Ways and Means Committee the number of first-time and repeat driving under the influence offenders who completed ADSAP, the amount of fees collected and other revenue and expenses incurred by each provider and the number of community-service hours performed in lieu of payment.
