EQC Enforcement Reports and Summaries

The environmental quality control report is reported to the DHEC Board monthly and includes all Consent Orders and Administrative Orders that were executed (signed by the Director of Environmental Affairs) for a given time period. In the report, you will find the responsible party, facility and/or company name, a summary of the violations, and the action they were required to take, including the assessed civil penalty. The report summaries contain the overall totals of administrative orders, consent orders, and assessed penalties by each bureau, and corresponding analyses.
