Together, we work with residents, contractors, and other audiences to prevent stormwater pollution. Cooperative Extension ServiceThe Anderson & Pickens Counties Stormwater Partner’s (APCSP) Year Ten Annual Report of Activities summarizes education, involvement, and participation programming offered in 2023. APCSP community and education partners ollaborate on a region-wide outreach strategy to educate residents about water issues, including quantity, quality, and the cumulative impacts of stormwater. As a public service of Clemson University, APCSP continued to serve South Carolina. County agents and staff assisted clients through telephone, email, and virtual platforms, as well as in-person workshops, outdoor events, and field visits. The CWSEC implements a region-wide outreach strategy to educate Horry and Georgetown County residents on water quantity, quality, and the cumulative impacts of stormwater.
