The Certified Public Manager (CPM) program is an 18-month management development program accredited by the National COM Consortium and has been offered through the Budget & Control Board since 1996. The program provides training and on the job learning in problem solving, human resource development, and innovative management practices. Completion of the program requires a written report by each participant.
Before of July 1, 2015, the Certified Public Manager program reported to the Division of State Human Resources under the Budget Control Board. Projects created in 2015 and back can be found under the Budget and Control Board and Division of State Human Resources Collection.

This project aims to create a method that communities can utilize to self-assess their needs and thus identify what type of grant project would be the most beneficial overall and to improve the social, economic, and environmental benefits provided by urban forests.
This project aims to show that a formal evaluation of the program was necessary to help with improving the quality of service provided to vulnerable adults and other parties associated with the program.
