Established in 1934 as the State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners, the Board of Cosmetology licenses and regulates the profession for cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians. The board was added to the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in 1993. These are all documents pertaining to the Board of Cosmetology.
