The Client Affairs News Newsletter by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health provides specialized information on client issues, at the center level, state level and nationally for self-identified employees and will help to foster a better informed workforce through information sharing and to develop a greater sense of community among self-identified employees. The newsletter was later renamed CAPSS News (Client Affairs / Peer Support Services).
