Loggerheadlines is the newsletter of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources' Marine Turtle Conservation Program. The Marine Turtle Conservation Program began in 1977 and has expanded to a program of nest protection and volunteer networks along the coast. The newsletter provides information about sea turtle projects, research, number of nests, nesting trends, regional news, and other announcements.
