    This report reviews the success of the J-1 Visa Waiver program (Conrad 30) in South Carolina between 1995 and 2018. A total of 485 physicians have been sponsored in the state with the majority (81%) staying in state to practice beyond their initial obligation period.

Program directors also report on their need for faculty and instructors.

    The Demand for EMS Personnel in South Carolina

    The South Carolina EMS Association and the SC Office for Healthcare Workforce conducted a survey of EMS agencies in the state to learn how the demand for EMS personnel is changing and whether or not the available supply is sufficient to meet employers' needs. Results indicate that some employers are experiencing high vacancy rates.
