Each fiscal year, the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce is required to submit, by October 1st, a report to the Governor, General Assembly and the Review Committee indicating the amount in the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund and making an assessment of its funding level in accordance with Section 41-33-45 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
