The South Carolina Wood Magic Forest Fair is an annual South Carolina Forestry Commission program for fifth-graders and was first held in 1999. The program allows students from across South Carolina to participate in educational experiences and demonstrations through hands-on activities with visually engaging presentations to teach children about the importance of forest lands to wildlife, the economy, and the daily quality of life.
