SCVRD’s Planning and Program Evaluation Department conducted a Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment in 2022 to provide information for development of the Vocational Rehabilitation services portion of the WIOA Combined State Plan. The CSNA evaluates a variety of data sources including South Carolina’s population & demography, VR program performance, and feedback from people with disabilities & their family members, VR staff, and additional disability workforce development stakeholders. Feedback was elicited using an online survey, focus groups, and key informant interviews.
