By Force and Without Consent: A Five Year Overview of Sexual Violence in South Carolina 2004 – 2008 is intended to be an ongoing report, and is designed to provide basic information about victims of sexual violence in the state over a five year period. The information presented in the tables, graphs and charts in this publication is based on incident reports submitted to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) by state and local law enforcement agencies.
