Abstract
Description
This project will attempt to identify the factors that contribute to student failures at the SC Criminal Justice Academy in an effort to focus on measures that can be implemented to lower the number of losses. Simply stated the problem is to capture why students fail the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program and then identify ways to improve the processes to increase the student success rate.
