State Office of Victim Assistance
The South Carolina State Office of Victim Assistance at the Office of Executive Policy and Programs administers the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund, a financial assistance program designed to help victims with expenses directly resulting from a crime that are not covered by other payment sources.
