Abstract
Description
The Three Year General Fund Outlook is prepared by the South Carolina Budget and Control Board, Office of State Budget in consultation with the Board of Economic Advisors in accordance with Section 11-11-350 of the S. C. Code of Laws, 1976. The Outlook is a three-year revenue and spending projection based on the enacted FY2013-14 budget.
